Vantage Outdoor Kitchen Overview
Beautiful. Bold. British. Vantage is a design-led outdoor kitchen range, blending solid iroko hardwood with beautiful marine-grade cabinetry and sintered stone worksurfaces. Made in England.

How to buy a Grillo outdoor kitchen
It’s simple: Design a kitchen in the Configurator, or book a design call and we’ll do it for you. Once you’re happy with the design, get in touch to book an install day and pay a deposit.

Design your outdoor kitchen in our 3D configurator, and get an instant guide price. Alternatively, check out our predesigned layouts (they can all be opened in the configurator too) or plug some numbers into our multi-choice Instant Estimator.
A free virtual design appointment will help fast-track your outdoor kitchen design and give you an exact price. Held via Zoom, one of our Design Specialists will share their screen and work with you to design your kitchen using our configurator.
Vantage kitchens are professionally installed by our install teams or by your landscaper. Installation typically takes place within a day, with the site left tidy and all rubbish removed. If you’re present, the team will finish with a walk through of your kitchen, and hand over your BBQ covers, Vantage Care Kit… and your Grillo Black Box.

Vertical. Versatile. A palette with which to paint your space.
The optional Feature Walls are vintage Vantage – a homage to Grillo’s original all-iroko kitchen. Their unpretentious design beautifully showcases natural materials and textures, whilst affording you considerable control over your design aesthetic.
Feature Walls are optional, and can be used to great effect to change the aesthetic of your kitchen. The floating Iroko Shelf is perennially popular, featuring a single 40mm stave of iroko timber. The Slatted series offers a range of Hang It accessories – herb pots, spice racks, kitchen towel holders, chopping boards – all of which can be arranged vertically across the slat system. The Short Feature Wall is our newest addition to the range, featuring a single slat compatible with most Hang It accessories.
Tom Kerridge, Michelin-starred chef
"We don't just turn the grill on and then use it once or twice a week maybe, in the summer like a lot of people might at home. We're using it four, five, six times a day. I mean, it's getting constant use"
Tom's development kitchen
For Tom Kerridge, the famous Michelin-starred British restaurateur, Grillo is the outdoor kitchen of choice. He’s got one at his development kitchen, and – to promote a healthy work–life balance – one at his home in Marlow. As he told us, a development kitchen is a hard-working space:
“We were looking for something that would have long-term strength, stability… built and manufactured in a way that is almost indestructible, because chefs are very good at destructing things! … There’s a term that we use in the business – it’s got to be chef proof.”
Gas. Charcoal. Wood. Electricity. What lights your fire?
Our barbeque range is marked by quality, performance and aesthetics – and defined by seamless integration into the cabinetry. A patio is no place for exposed gas bottles and trolleys on wheels. A kitchen should look like a kitchen – indoors or out.
Here for a long time, not just a good time
At Grillo, we’re designers, engineers and chefs, and we’ve spent years honing our barbeque line-up to satisfy the demands of all three. You have the Bull gas grills: commercial-grade, beautifully built, and the most powerful in their class. The Gusto kamado barbeque, which – unusually – features stainless steel ironmongery, and heat-containing ceramic walls. The Gozney pizza ovens – which are, quite simply, the best globally-available pizza ovens in their class. And the Grillo Voltiq electric grill – designed primarily for roof-terraces where an open-flame isn’t an option, and durability is paramount.
Iroko. Tough enough to be used in groynes. Untreated.
A seam of iroko runs through every kitchen
A seam of solid iroko is one of the defining features of a Grillo outdoor kitchen. Unlike any native hardwood, iroko requires no treatment to maintain its structural integrity outdoors, and will silver beautifully with age. Its extraordinary durability and strength mean it’s approved for use – untreated – by coastal engineers in sea defences.
