Harissa Chicken

Cooking something amazing as always!

And voila, chicken cooked in a pizza oven! Yes, that’s correct; you can get a perfectly cooked chicken with all the sensational flavours in your pizza oven! The vegetables soak up all the delicious juices from the harissa chicken to give them those smokey notes.

Ingredients – 3 bell peppers, two large red onions, whole chicken, Harrisa paste, olive oil, salt.

Method –  Take the peppers and onions, chop into big chunks and put them in the pan. Place the chicken on the veg and make a couple of incisions to infuse the flavours. Add the harissa paste and massage into the chicken—season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil. Place the pan directly into the oven for around 10 minutes, remove, cover with foil and cook for another 40 minutes.
