An easy but refreshingly different dessert
Barbeques don’t often get used for grilling fruit, and the world is worse off for it. The Anvil makes it very easy to add some flavour and colour to your favourite fruit selection. It can make an amazing easy dessert. Here’s an Italian recipe I tried the other day: Drizzle halved figs with a little honey and fresh orange juice. Lightly grill then serve with a dollop of mascarpone, another drizzle of honey and a sprinkle of orange zest.
