We do the install
The only requirement for installation of the Grillo Forge is a flat surface.
The Grillo Forge is free-standing, so no groundworks are required, unless you want any utilities plumbed in. We manufacture the outdoor kitchens offsite, so final assembly on site is quick and simple. We advise against installing a layout that includes the Chef’s Anvil on a flammable or heat-sensitive surface, and avoid having any barbeque near any combustible materials.
Grillo Forge kitchens have a turn-key installation as standard.
We include a full suite of accessories, and other necessary scrapers/tongs/tools for the barbecues. The install team will leave the logs stacked up on the shelving, the gas bottle connected and tested, and the planters full of lovely shrubs or herbs. We also provide a getting started guide, with great recipe ideas and things to try. We call it “Party Ready”!
Iroko is an exceptionally durable, low maintenance hardwood. Typically used in outdoor applications, it requires no surface treatment. It is known for its longevity, its resistance to rot and insect attack, and its attractive silvering with age. See our Environmental policy linked at the bottom of the page. The uprights can either be full height (1.6m) or worktop height (0.9m).
Porcelain is an exceptionally strong, hard-wearing, water, frost and stain-resistant worksurface. Fired to very high temperatures, it is also completely heat proof. Our porcelain surfaces have a beautiful matt finish that is soft to the touch, and an attractive, subtly-textured, polished concrete appearance.
