Let’s assume that you’ve done the obvious thing and checked that you have sufficient ‘fuel in the tank’. If that’s all good, then it’s worth knowing that some of the Bull BBQ models come with a reset button on the regulator (the part that connects to the gas bottle).
If your gas isn’t flowing, ensure the regulator is properly attached to your gas bottle, press the reset button shown in the image below, this will then allow the gas to flow again.

The Iroko hardwood is very hard-wearing, low maintenance and very durable, and over time it gently silvers, creating a sun-bleached effect if left uncoated. Some people prefer to put a stain or oil on to retain the original colours for longer. For more information, please visit how to care for the Iroko hardwood.

Avoid purchasing charcoal that you see on a garage forecourt or that is labelled ‘easy light’ as this is full of toxic chemicals.
Hardwood lump or ‘all natural’ charcoal is better to use in your charcoal BBQ for a number of reasons. Read on to find out why!

You may notice tiny cracks appear on the outside shiny surface of your Gusto ceramic grill. This is normal, it’s called “Crazing” and it happens on all ceramic BBQs on the market. It is caused by the different expansion rates between the ceramic and the glazing. It is not cracking and does not harm the BBQ or cooking performance. The solution is to clean the surface with a clean dry cloth to remove the fine dust that forms from the crazing process. Once you’ve done this, the tiny cracks will be hardly visible. Read more on the Gusto page.
