You may notice tiny cracks appear on the outside shiny surface of your Gusto ceramic grill. This is normal, it’s called “Crazing” and it happens on all ceramic BBQs on the market. It is caused by the different expansion rates between the ceramic and the glazing. It is not cracking and does not harm the BBQ or cooking performance. The solution is to clean the surface with a clean dry cloth to remove the fine dust that forms from the crazing process. Once you’ve done this, the tiny cracks will be hardly visible.
