MARINE-GRADE ALUMINIUM CABINETRY
Element outdoor kitchen cabinetry is constructed from heavy-gauge aluminium with a beautifully textured marine-grade coating. Tested to automotive standards, it can be safely pressure washed.
GRILLO PLATEAU™ SINTERED STONE
Element worksurfaces use the same Grillo Plateau sintered stone as our Vantage range. Plateau is immensely strong, stainproof, weatherproof, scratchproof and non-bleaching.
Element design
The brief for Element was simple: There was to be no compromise in quality. It had to be an economical entry point to Grillo. And to achieve that, it had to be simpliflied. From a design perspective, that meant opting for a more monolithic, all-aluminium structure, distinguishing it from Vantage’s signature solid iroko seam.
We’ve long felt that the Plateau sintered stone worksurfaces are overlooked. By incorporating Plateau into Element as well, we’ve kept our material selection simple, and given this extraordinary engineered stone the opportunity to shine.
Plateau™ sintered stone surfaces
Our Plateau worksurfaces and feature walls are 20mm sintered stone, an engineered stone made by fusing minerals under extreme heat and pressure in a process that emulates metamorphic rock formation. Sintered stones contain a blend of raw and recycled minerals – Plateau is comprised of quartz, glass, zircon, haematite, and albite, amongst others.
The final vitrified slab has some extraordinary physical properties. Sintered stone outperforms all other architectural surfacing materials for UV stability, heat resistance, stain/chemical resistance, scratch resistance, porosity and weatherproofing. Plateau’s hardness and strength are exceptional, such that a knife won’t damage it – it will damage the knife.

Heavy-duty, marine-grade, 3mm aluminium cabinetry is standard on both Element and Vantage outdoor kitchens. Grillo cabinetry has undergone accelerated-weather testing to ensure it meets real-world durability standards – in the same labs trusted by premium British car manufacturers. The ISO-accredited testing protocols put both coatings and base materials through extreme salt spray and UV-weathering tests, simulating years of real-world exposure over months.

Element kitchens come with a limited 3 year warranty for materials and workmanship. Barbeques, appliances and other accessories are covered by manufacturer’s warranties.
