Ainsley’s National Trust Cook Off

This is the famous outdoor kitchen we provided and set up at 3 stunning National Trust locations for Ainsley’s National Trust Cook Off on ITVX. The show was a roaring success, inspiring millions in a sizzling summer outdoor cooking spectacular. Each episode featured guest chefs joining Ainsley Harriott for a friendly al fresco cook off, including our friends Tristan Welch, Philli Armitage-Mattin and Ben Ebbrell. The Grillo kitchen was entirely standard, with two important exceptions: Firstly, the ‘hob’—this is a Bull gas grill with the lid removed and one burner swapped out for an IR burner—see more details here. Secondly, the kitchen was set up in an unusual triangular layout for filming purposes. This would look odd in your garden, but looks perfectly natural on TV. Watch it and judge for yourself!
