How to order your Grillo Kitchen

We understand that it’s likely that this is your first time having an outdoor kitchen installed. That’s really exciting. But we are here to walk you through the process.

There may be a few things going through your mind, like:

  3. What is the process of installing an outdoor kitchen?

Let’s walk you through it.

1. CONFIRM YOUR DESIGN WITH A DESIGN SPECIALIST

At this point, we hope you have done your homework and found out everything you need to know. With the help of one of our Design Specialists, we will check over your design to ensure it is the best it can be. Our team can help you check there are no issues with the design and even maximise space and cost for you!

2. ORDERING

Once you are ready to go ahead, your Design Specialist will take you through the process of ordering, which involves a few questions about access to the location that the kitchen will be installed.

3. INSTALLATION DATES

Your Design Specialist will offer you available dates for installation or delivery, so that you have the flexibility to choose when best suits your project. Generally, our lead time ranges from 4-16 weeks, with a peak during spring and summer.

4. PAYMENT

Then choose your payment option. You can either pay by debit or credit card or you can place a deposit if your install date is more than 4 weeks away. If you’re a Trade customer, you can pay by Pro Forma Invoice.

5. CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation. It is important to note that if you made as deposit, a full balance payment is due 4 weeks before installation. And if your kitchen has any services or utilities, you will be sent instructions for these once your order has been placed.

6. INSTALLATION

As your installation date approaches, you will receive a reminder email of your installation date, as well as what to expect on the day. One week before you arrange the install date, our install manager will give you a call to discuss your project and ensure you are ready for our Grillo team to come and install your new kitchen. If it is looking likely that you will need to delay your install, just give us a call or drop us an email, and we’ll do our best to rearrange.

Finally, on the day of your install, you will receive a text with an estimated time of arrival. The install team typically arrives between 8:00 and 10:00 in the morning. However, they will let you know when to expect them. They normally get the install complete within a day.

After that, you’re ready to go.
