You may notice tiny cracks appear on the outside shiny surface of your Gusto ceramic grill. This is normal, it’s called “Crazing” and it happens on all ceramic BBQs on the market. It is caused by the different expansion rates between the ceramic and the glazing. It is not cracking and does not harm the BBQ or cooking performance. The solution is to clean the surface with a clean dry cloth to remove the fine dust that forms from the crazing process. Once you’ve done this, the tiny cracks will be hardly visible.
The kitchen is made of black powder-coated carbon steel with contrasting iroko hardwood. For more information on the design and materials please visit https://grilloliving.com/design-and-materials.
We aim to have a lead time of 4-6 weeks, however this will fluctuate through the year, especially the Spring and Summer months.
Our outdoor kitchens are designed to be kept outside all year. The materials are extremely hard wearing and the kitchens are designed to cope with the British weather – sun and rain! You can read more about the design and the materials at https://grilloliving.com/vantage-design-and-materials/
