can I incorporate my existing gas bbq into my grillo outdoor kitchen?

We often get asked, can you incorporate an existing gas BBQ into a Grillo outdoor kitchen? The short answer is yes, you absolutely can. However, there are a few details to consider…

By Design.

Special designing and testing go into making it possible for a grill to be built-in to an outdoor kitchen. For example, in most gas barbecues the fat tray is accessed from the rear which would make them inappropriate for incorporating into an outdoor kitchen. In addition, there are also ventilation requirements that must be considered.

Adapting.

Of course, there is the option to create a layout which surrounds your existing gas barbecue appliance, often nestled in the middle, or with the BBQ on the end. Whilst these are definitely options and can look pretty good, they don’t quite reach the same seamless effect as a high quality, integrated grill that is designed to look great in an outdoor kitchen and will last as long as the kitchen itself.

Bull Grills.

Grillo Outdoor Kitchens are designed to provide an entire solution that is both functional and stylish. Therefore, we have opted to include Bull Grills in our outdoor kitchens as they meet our high standards. After reviewing many options, we found them to be user-friendly, long-lasting and are designed to be built-in, giving that seamless integrated kitchen look.
